LOCAL LOVE: Sincere Ceramics
This month, we’re featuring Sincere Ceramics, a ceramics studio and gallery in Sacramento that I’ve been absolutely loving. I’ve been going for a couple of months now, and it’s such a fun and welcoming space.
What I love most is their flexible class setup—you don’t have to commit to an eight-week course to get your hands in some clay. They offer single-session classes, which makes it perfect for beginners like me. But it’s also an amazing space for serious ceramic artists. Some of the work people create here is just stunning!
The studio is locally owned by Justin and Mackenzie Haughin, who are some of the sweetest people. They opened Sincere Ceramics in 2015 with the goal of building a creative, inclusive space where people can explore their artistic side—whether they’re complete beginners or seasoned pros.
If you’ve ever wanted to try ceramics, this is the place to do it. Support local and give it a go—you might just discover a new favorite hobby!
