I love receiving strong bodywork that targets specific areas to address the root of the problem, while still feeling relaxed. I do my best to provide this type of bodywork as well.
What do you do when you are not at the studio?
When I’m not at the studio, I’m taking pottery classes, spending time in nature, or exploring my new neighborhood in Midtown!
Mountains, ocean, or desert?
The beach will always be my favorite. I lived in the Bay for my whole young adult life and the thing I miss the most is being close to the ocean.

The Mountain is You by Brianna Wiest. This book inspired me to take accountability for my the changes I wish to make in life, gave me a new perspective on how to overcome self doubt, and work towards becoming my best self.

“I recently had a wonderful massage with Grace. She listened carefully as I explained a recent injury and she treated it with the perfect gentle touch. The studio is beautiful also; it’s warm, inviting and very relaxing. I highly recommend Grace!“
