Grilled Peach & Burrata Crostini
An easy summer dish
As peaches reach their peak here in Sacramento, we’re always looking for simple recipes that feel a little special without requiring hours in the kitchen. At Sacramento Massage Studio, we love sharing small ways to nourish yourself beyond the treatment room, and this Grilled Peach & Burrata Crostini is one of those recipes that looks impressive but comes together surprisingly fast.
The sweet, caramelized peaches, creamy burrata, fresh basil, crunchy pistachios, and a drizzle of hot honey create the perfect balance of sweet, savory, creamy, and crisp. Whether you’re hosting friends, heading to a barbecue, or simply treating yourself to a slow summer evening, this is one of those recipes people remember.
Ingredients:
- 1 baguette or rustic loaf (I used Dutch crunch here)
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 burrata cheeses
- 2 ripe peaches, sliced
- Hot honey
- 1 handful pistachios, roughly chopped
- Fresh basil leaves, chopped

Instructions:
1. Toast the bread
Preheat your oven to 390°F (200°C).
Slice the baguette in half lengthwise and drizzle the cut sides generously with olive oil. Bake for about 6 minutes, or until lightly golden and crisp.
2. Grill the peaches
While the bread is toasting, heat a drizzle of olive oil in a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Grill the peach slices for 1–2 minutes per side, just until lightly caramelized and softened.
3. Assemble
Spread the burrata generously over the toasted bread. Top with the grilled peaches, chopped basil, and pistachios.
Finish with a drizzle of hot honey.
Slice into individual pieces and serve immediately.
Why We Love It:
This recipe is everything we love about summer cooking. It uses fresh, seasonal ingredients, comes together in under 20 minutes, and somehow feels both rustic and elegant at the same time.
The creamy burrata melts into the warm bread while the peaches become even sweeter on the grill. Add the crunch of pistachios, the freshness of basil, and just enough hot honey to wake everything up, and you’ve got an appetizer that’s guaranteed to disappear quickly.
It’s proof that sometimes the best recipes are also the simplest.
