Sacramento Massage Studio is here to provide you with the highest level of service. We recognize that you are unique, therefore we tailor your sessions to your body’s specific needs witht the help of intake forms.
We require a detailed assessment of your health history so we can create a session catered to the needs of your body! For that reason, we ask you to fill out our intake forms completely so that we can provide you with the best service acknowledging your medical history and/or conditions. It is strongly encouraged that you fill these out at your convenience before you arrive, otherwise we will have it ready for you at your appointment.
Upon returning for additional sessions, we ask that you provide your massage tehrapist with an accurate health/medical update if necessary. All injuries and medical changes must be declared before your session begins.
