Mindful. Patient. Focused.
What makes you a great massage therapist?
I think maybe my ability to find those places in a client’s body where they hold stress, tension, and pain. Locate, dig in, and release. Of course, there are also those nice long relaxing strokes that make a client want to say “ahhhh”.
What type of bodywork do you like receive?
Deep and focused work with some assisted stretching. Yes!
What do you do when you are not at the studio?
At the moment, I am learning to play the ukulele. No, really I am.
Mountains, ocean, or desert?
Ocean-mountain-desert, in that order.
Favorite Treat?
Dark chocolate peanut butter cups.

I went to Sacramento Massage Studio and received a 90 minute deep tissue with Julie. She was incredible! Her attention to the hot spots in my back relieved so much tension. She was so thorough and had a great quality of touch. Perfect amount of pressure consistently throughout the entire massage! The studio was serene and clean and so relaxing I forgot I was in midtown. Ill be coming back for sure!
