Massage Gift Card Policies

Our massage gift cards are a convenient and thoughtful way to share the gift of relaxation, and we want to ensure you’re informed about our gift card policies.

1. Gift Card Validity: Our gift cards do not have expiration dates and remain valid until redeemed or replaced. They can be used to purchase services, products, and even applied toward gratuities at our studio.
2. Cash Redemption: For gift cards with balances over $10, you may request to redeem the remaining balance for cash. No receipt is required for this transaction.
3. Refunds: For gift cards with balances over $10, refunds are not provided unless you present the original purchase receipt and gift card. We reserve the right to issue store credit instead of cash refunds for higher balances.
4. Lost or Stolen Gift Cards: We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Please treat them like cash, as the remaining balance is tied to the card.
5. Gift Card Purchases: Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards or be exchanged for cash, except as required by law.

We follow California gift-card laws.

Our massage gift cards don’t expire, we don’t charge service or dormancy fees, and small remaining balances are redeemable in cash as allowed by California Civil Code §§ 1749.45–1749.6. are compliant with California laws regarding gift cards.
