I listen attentively to your unique needs and provide a massage that aligns with your goals, whether it be relaxation, pain relief, stress reduction, or improved mobility. My top priorities are your comfort and wellbeing.
What type of bodywork do you like receive?
I enjoy receiving integrated Swedish and deep tissue massage with great flow that can make me fall asleep.
What do you do when you are not at the studio?
I enjoy making stained glass window hangings, cooking, going for walks, and playing with my cat, Phillipe.

Mountains.
What is your favorite book or movie?
Howls Moving Castle is a favorite go-to movie when I’m sick or need some comfort. This movie has so many great messages like, a little praise goes a long way, sometimes you have to go out of your comfort zone to live your best life, and the importance of finding family among friends in a scary world.
Favorite Treat?
Nutella, strawberries, and whipped cream inside a crepe.
