Appointments: All appointments must be scheduled in advance—online, by phone, or in person.
Cancellations/Rescheduling: Changes must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations may be charged the full session rate.
No-Shows: Missing your appointment without notice will result in a full charge. If the fee is paid, your therapist is compensated for their reserved time.
Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash unless required by law.
Payment is due at the time of service or in advance for online bookings.
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
To ensure a safe, effective session:
Please disclose relevant medical conditions, recent injuries, or areas of concern during your intake.
We may decline or modify services if we determine massage may not be appropriate or safe.
Clients with high-risk pregnancies may be required to provide a doctor’s note for prenatal massage.
We reserve the right to end a session early if health or behavioral concerns arise.
